Dr. Megan Goulding
Program Director
Dr. Megan Goulding serves as Program Director at the Haynes Foundation, where she helps lead the Foundation’s grantmaking, community engagement, research, and program evaluation efforts.
Previously, Megan served as Director of Strategic Operations at the USC Institute on Inequalities in Global Health, overseeing strategic planning, finance, human resources, administration, and external relations. She also held leadership roles at the USC Price Center for Social Innovation, where she raised more than $12 million for externally funded research and helped develop a range of supported initiatives including the Neighborhood Data for Social Change project and the Homelessness Policy Research Institute.
Megan holds a Doctor of Policy, Planning, and Development and a Master of Public Administration from the USC Price School of Public Policy, as well as a bachelor’s degree in journalism from California State University, Long Beach. Her professional and academic work focuses on connecting research, philanthropy, public policy, and community impact.
